Lunch

Please book lunch when you register. Lunch can be ordered for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Each day you can choose between meat, fish or vegetarian.
If you have any special requests (lactose, gluten, allergies) please fill in Food options at booking.
The lunch restaurant is located inside the Halmstad Arena.
The menu will be presented closer to the Convention start.

Pubnight

On Friday evening we invite you to a Pub nigth in Halmstad Arena. We will socialise and enjoy a delicious pub meal.
Water/light beer is included in the price. Wine/strong beer available for purchase. You are not allowed to bring your own drink.
Please prebook when you sign up for the Convention.

Afterparty

After a day full of square dancing we invite you to a relaxing Afterparty as an end to
Saturday’s activities.
There will be enjoyable entertainment and dancing. We will have excellent food sourced from local suppliers.
The food and water/light beer is included in the price. Wine/strong beer available for purchase.
You are not allowed to bring your own drink.

Kiosk

Kiosk with sandwiches, sweets, fruit and drinks is located in the Halmstad Arena.

Spaces for caravan/camper with electricity are fully booked

Redan  efter två dygn så var de 30 uppställningsplatserna med el fullbokade.
We do our utmost to arrange more spaces.
It is possible to queue up. You can both stand in the queue as well as book a parking space without electricity. If there are vacant electricity spaces, we will handle the rebooking. On basis First come, First served.
